Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, microwave, small wine fridge and ironing facilities. Also on the ground floor is a charming double bedroom with shower room. A splendid glass and oak staircase leads to the first floor.

First Floor
The first floor rooms are configured to; a large double master bedroom, with ensuite containing shower and jacuzzi bath, two twin bedrooms, and a large spacious shower room with steam shower. The master bedroom has views to the Cairngorm Mountain range.

The garden grounds are an attractive feature of this business with private enclosed features. There is a covered area of decking which is ideal for entertaining in all weathers. A 6-person hot tub is available for use, as is a BBQ area. The garden is laid to lawn and shrubs and has ample parking (4 cars). There is a shed, integral garage and wood store.
